Fit for Life! has a target market based around fit, strong young adults. The sessions are high impact. Thus, the perfect client would be a young male or female that already has base fitness, and is looking to push themselves, or gain motivation through training methods that vary from the average personal training session. As the session locations vary and the client is informed at the last minute the clients must be willing to listen to every instruction given by the trainers as well as be prepared to travel to the session location within the time constraints of the session.

Promotion for the business would include distribution of flyers around the local area as well as in the CBD. Connections in the industry would also be utilised, with them spreading the word about Fit For Life! Through their position in the industry they would hopefully able to attract a number of clients. A free sausage sizzle would be held on the day of opening, with pamphlets outlining the ideology of Fit For Life! being given out and the members of the public getting face-to-face time with the owners.
